Coaching & Program Agreement, Terms & Conditions
The Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. coaching services and programs are designed to move you and your business forward. Following and/or attending the sessions are critical to the success you will be able to achieve. Although we cannot guarantee individual results, your commitment and discipline in implementation and learning is key. The CLIENT understands that coaching is not advice, psychotherapy or counselling. The CLIENT enters into the coaching-related services and programs with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Please take some time to read and review this document so that you can get the most out of your Coaching Service. This document constitutes the COACHING AGREEMENT between Elizabeth Dias (Araujo)/Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. and the person purchasing and/or partaking in the coaching services. These terms were agreed to upon your enrollment and payment.
By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through this acknowledgement, with Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc., paying any amount to Elizabeth Dias/Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. for Coaching Services you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out.
Terms And Conditions
These terms and conditions form a part of your agreement with Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. and apply to your Coaching Program and/or Sessions as indicated, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions issued or stipulated by anyone else other than Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. In these terms and conditions, all references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean Elizabeth Dias (Araujo)/Elizabeth Dias Coaching/Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. This agreement has no relation to any other agreement held with Elizabeth Dias/Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Payments
Your success and breakthroughs are our priority. We encourage all our clients to make their progress a top priority as well including following the program as prescribed and/or attending any coaching sessions.
For all details regarding scheduling - including frequency, dates, locations, duration, etc., and payment arrangement details, please refer to original arrangements reflected on the service webpage and/or communicated via email. All payments are final and non-reimbursable.
Program &/or Services changes: Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the service as considered necessary. The Client will be notified of any such change, including in the event of a full or partial reimbursement.
Intellectual Property
All material relating to the Program &/or Services is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner. You agree not, at any time, to do anything that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials.
Indemnification & Legal Disclaimer
Elizabeth (Araujo)/ Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc. has been trained to provide guidance, support and encouragement to help clients reach their goals but cannot diagnose nor treat illnesses. Any personal and/or business-related portion of the coaching is not a substitute for legal advice, financial advice, licensed counselling, medical advice, nor any form of treatment and advice.
The client agrees to release Elizabeth Dias (Araujo)/Elizabeth Dias Coaching Inc., its officers, employees and/or representatives and their respective heirs, successors and assigns from any claims which the client may otherwise have been arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Coaching Program &/or Services and harmless from any loss or liability from actions taken or situations created as a result of the Coaching Sessions or relationship. You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, financial, business or investment actions.
Referral And Reward Program
We know you will receive value from your Coaching. There will be times when you want to share that value and the value of Coaching with an associate, colleague, employee, family member, or other loved one. We love referrals and being able to help people associated with our existing Clients to achieve the same kind of results and help them live better lives. We also like to reward our existing Clients for sharing the benefits of Coaching and referring our company. Full details of the program are available from your Coach.
