When I startedĀ working with Elizabeth a year ago, I was a baby entrepreneur right out of the gate. I had not even made a single sale. I have started and stopped over a dozen businesses in my life. Fear, negative self-talk, inexperience, and lack of instant success made it feel impossible to keep going. Even now, with all of these good things going on, there is the negative and fearful part of me that still tells me (frequently) I should just throw in the towel. It asks me what I was even thinking by putting myself out there like this. It thinks small and tries to keep me safe (and stuck). THE CURE for this voice is the group coaching or 1:1 coaching sessions. Immediately, I can see that the negative voice is not reality and that I am not alone in hearing that voice.Ā Ā
The 1:1s have been invaluable to me. Elizabeth has an uncanny way of knowing EXACTLY what I need to focus on and work through that day.
